About this space Gorgeous premium 4 bedroom home with an individually designed pool. The home is situated on Lauren Estates, which is just 4 years old! This home has been very thoughtfully designed to maximise living space, and the interior design and decor is all very modern and has a beautiful, sleek feel. Laurel Estates is a recently constructed community consisting of executive family homes, and also boasts a community pool, and a children's play area - both of which are within easy walking distance. The space This home is very spacious and it is all situated on one floor. Upon entering the light and spacious entrance hall, the home immediately opens up into a large open plan space, housing an absolutely superb kitchen with dining island, a large dining area, and also the lounge area with a large and super comfy corner sofa. The main TV is a large SMART TV and also has Spectrum cable. This open space is perfect for spending time with the family. The lounge area leads directly onto the gorgeous pool area. This pool was individually designed and installed, so is a bespoke design and also features mood lighting, a fantastic spa, and is surrounded by lush vegetation to ensure your privacy. It is an oversized paved pool deck, and also has a large outdoor dining table which is conveniently housed underneath the lanai, so you can enjoy the al fresco dining opportunities that Florida presents! There are two family bathrooms in the home, one with a large shower, and one with a shower/ bath combo. The third bathroom is in the master suite and has a large walk in shower. The home comprises of Four beautifully designed, furnished, and decorated bedrooms: One King Master (with en suite bathroom) One Queen bedroom One double/ full bedroom One Pyramid bunk (double/ full on the bottom, and single bed on top). This bedroom has alos been thoughtfully designed as a very impressive Toy Story theme room. All bedrooms also have Spectrum cable boxes. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, and this leads through to the very well equipped games room. Guest access The entire home is yours for your stay Other things to note Pool Heat is not included in the price of the home, and is an additional $40 per day. BBQ Grills are also available to hire for just $100 per week. Please get in touch if you'd like to arrange these for your stay.

This place was incredible, as soon as we walked in we were so impressed with the way it was presented. We had arranged for a celebration set up and this was absolutely stunning and all of it blew us all away. The pool and hot spa is definitely a good way to end a busy day. In a good residential area and 40 minutes to Universal Studios. We will definitely re-book when back in Orlando.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, photos do not do it justice. Every room was clean and gorgeous decor, was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Loved the pool area, quiet location but within easy reach of supermarket and restaurants. Fabulous hosts very helpful and responsive. I can’t recommend enough. Beautiful home! Very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the playground at the back of the property with the kids! The pool area was private with the trees and shrubs! Stunning home with lots of space for our family! We would definitely stay here again!

This was by far the best villa experience- could not have been easier. It truly felt like our own space- directions were clear and everything was accessible and provided! We didn't have any issues or need to communicate with the managers, which again made it feel like our own home. The entire house was crispy clean and just felt luxuriously cozy. Our drive to each Disney park was around 30-45 minutes with heavy traffic. Would definitely stay here again for future family Disney trips! Also- the pool area is even more cool than in the pictures!! Unfortunately we didn't use it because temperatures dropped into the 30°'s, but I'll be trying to book this in the summer!!

We recently spent 9 days with 4 adults and our 23 month grandsons. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. It is well equipped with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and towels. We opted to pay for heating of the pool and hot tub and we were glad we did. We did however, have a couple of cool nights. Renters should be aware that the pool heater does not run through the night so on cooler nights it takes a couple of hours after it kicks in at 8 am to warm up. Having said that, the pool was an enjoyable and focal part of our stay. Our grandsons loved both the pool and the hot tub. There are many different seating options and a large staired entry. There is also a spacious area to sit under cover or in the lounge chairs in the sun. Craig was very quick to respond to a beeping smoke detector. The local area has everything you need from playgrounds to shopping. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something out of the busy Orlando area but close to the Florida parks.

Beautiful spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood. The villa is in a good location for the parks. The swimming pool is beautiful and we enjoyed getting in it after long days in the park. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home. I loved the home and found it very comfortable to spend a week there with my family. The open floor plan and furnishings are fantastic. Cooking, cleaning, sleeping and bathing were all easy. The pool and spa were amazing I didn’t want to leave. My 10 year old loved it all as well.
