We had a wonderful stay in Davenport! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and theme parks. Our host was friendly and responsive, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Craig and Sharon's place was the perfect place for our family of 14 to relax for the week. We had a couple days of outings planned but wished we had just stayed at the house and relaxed by the pool. We booked this place because it had a great pool. It was perfect for us. The pond behind the house made it that much quieter and peaceful. The neighbors were very quiet as well. It was well stocked. With hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, etc which was greatly appreciated. There was a Publix and 7 eleven 5 minutes away, making grabbing groceries really easy. We would definitely book this place again when we return to Florida.

This house was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed the sun and pool on the south facing patio. Kids were a bit bummed about not having a pool table like the photos had shown, but they did enjoy the carpet ball game instead. Thanks for a great stay Craig and Sharon! We’d come back next year if March wasn’t already booked!

The home was in good condition overall, nothing luxurious or as new. But it served the purpose for the cost, which after much research, was competitive in price. The kitchen was well equipped for our party of 10. Craig was very attentive and reactive to our messages.I would recommend staying here because like I mentioned, Craig was a great host, the home was overall very good and cost was competitive. Distance to parks is ok too and there's options for groceries nearby (5 to 15min).

Craig’s place was perfect for our group of 9, with room to spare! We were 3 adult groups, with 4 children. Everyone had their own spaces, we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. All the furniture was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! Lots of amenities within a short drive and quick to get to Disney parks. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay here, the kitchen was well stocked and it was just the perfect distance for our family Disney trip. The place was also Disney themed which helped us get into spirit every morning and night. Beautiful home and wish we could have used the pool but it was too cold! Instructions were all very clear and the hosts were very responsive. Would stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. I mostly love the fact that they had large pots and pans. That is a rare find unfortunately. I definitely would rent here again.
