Tuscan Hills is a beautiful gated neighbourhood styled to a stunning Mediterranean theme in a great location. This privately owned 5 bedroomed villa, in the gated and quiet community of Tuscan Hills is ideal for families to share a memorable holiday in the Magic of Florida. The home is fully furnished and includes lots of extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. The private pool & spa can be heated for a fee. Please note the spa is attached to the pool, it is not a hot tub. There are numerous golf courses within a short drive. The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney & 25 minutes from Universal. This spacious and well presented 5 bedroom villa is a great choice for the perfect family getaway. The layout of the main kitchen, dining and living area is open plan which allows for greater flexibility for family time - and this leads straight out onto a great sized outside deck area which includes a very convenient dining space under a covered lanai and a pool and spa and outdoor furniture to take advantage of the Florida sunshine or relax after a busy day! This pool/spa can be heated at an additional cost of $35 per day - please let us know if you would like to add this to your booking. There are 5 bedrooms here so plenty of space for larger families and there is also a games room. The bedrooms are all a great size, two of these are Master suites with their own en suite bathrooms, with a a further double room, and two twin rooms. In terms of facilities the house has everything you will need - a full kitchen is at your disposal which includes a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and a microwave for your convenience. The house also has a large washing machine and dryer for you to use. The neighbourhood is a quiet, residential community and our home is not suitable for events or parties. There are strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and parking, and all guests need to follow these. We can only allow two cars to park at property. The community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. ***PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE TUSCAN HILLS COMMUNITY HOA HAS A VERY STRICT CAR PARKING AND TOWING POLICY. THERE ARE TWO PARKING SPACES ALLOCATED TO THIS HOUSE ON SPECIFIED DRIVEWAY AREAS, THERE IS NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. ANY CARS PARKED ON THE STREET WILL BE TOWED BY A PRIVATE COMPANY***

This is our second year with Craig and Sharon , absolutely fantastic hosts. We were able to meet Craig and let me tell you one heck of a nice guy. ? Sharon is always responding immediately to any question or concern. We had a problem with the pool. The problem was fixed within 15 minutes. ? you will not be disappointed when choosing Sharon & Craig as your host. This particular home is located in a gated community close to everything and very close to all parks. ?8 miles to magic kingdom and 1 Hour from Sanford Orlando airport. Thank you again!!

We had a great time, the house was really Magical and perfect for our party. The location excelent, not in the middle of all the attractions but it was not far away, only 15 min. drive. Sharon and Craig, as in comunication and responded everything question we had. I would definitely stay again and will recomendaded the house, the area and the service of Sharon and Craig.

Villa was exactly as described and the whole family had a great stay. Everyone loved the pool area. Had some minor issues with the pool heat but this was resolved very quickly.

The house was great, the pool was amazingly nice! It was easy to get in and out of. Restaurants close and you didn’t really have to get on I4 to get Disney.
