The Oak Island Harbor subdivision is part of the Formosa Gardens estate and is just minutes from Disney. Oak Island Harbor is one of the few communities nestled just around the corner from the Disney entrance ramp from the 192. The new nearby Margaritaville/ Sunset Walk development offers a wide range of leisure and dining activities, including a dine in cinema. We are also pleased to offer for your comfort : * Quality fittings * FREE WIFI * 46inch HD TV in the main living area. * Each bedroom has a cable connected TV. * Poolside toilet and external shower. * For additional peace of mind, the property is fitted with an alarm system. * Fully equipped kitchen * Washer and Dryer in seperate designated area * Guest bathroom (as well as upstairs bathroom and master ensuite) * Dining room and breakfast nook for extra space for family dinning This home is perfect for being right on Disneys door step, clean, spacious and fabulous views whilst enjoying poolside relaxation time!
