We had a great family stay here, and the kids and adults loved the pool after long park days.
The electronic entry system was a bonus and no fear of loosing keys.
Craig arranged BBQ hire for us and it was already and waiting for us when we arrived. easy to use and the hire fee included cleaning which was a big plus.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. It felt really homely when we arrived and we settled in straight away. The downstairs and pool areas are really sociable areas for a group staying (we were 6 adults and one infant) and we particularly loved the pool and spa (especially after a long day at the theme parks).
The home is really well situated in the neighbourhood (which is also really clean and tidy) and it was peaceful and relaxing. The villa is also only about a 20-25 mins drive to Disney World and there are lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 mins drive.
Craig and Sharon were really responsive to any queries/issues we had and were really easy to deal with.
Overall we would definitely recommend this villa and we would stay again. We enjoyed a lovely week there and could have stayed longer.

Always responsive, normally within the hour which was nice, clear instructions on what to do on checking in, how to use the house, and what to do in the event of anything being untoward which was also nice.
South facing, so we enjoyed the pool and patio area, some of which is under the master balcony, meaning you can enjoy the outside, and keep out of the direct sun if you wished.
A/C and pool heater all worked fine, which is comforting given the climate in Florida.
Plenty of space for us, and a well equipped kitchen meant evenings cooking was a positive for us both.
Nice to be able to use the games room, air hockey, foosball and pool made for a nice end to the day.

We had a wonderful 14 nights staying at this villa. It suited 5 adults and 4 children perfectly. Great space, kids loved the pool and games room. Nice open plan layout which was great with kids. All of the bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. Supermarkets 5 minutes drive away, Disney about 30 minutes with traffic. The surroundings were very peaceful, thoroughly enjoyed a morning drink looking over the lake.
Craig and Sharon were both very friendly and responded quickly to messages.
Will definitely use again ?? Thank you

Great property that matched the photos and description. Reasonably priced. Communication was great with the host. Which was a bonus as this was our first Airbnb experience.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place that is close to Disney.

Wonderful house, location, amenities and hosts!
Photos are accurate and beds are comfortable. The house is about 30 minutes away from Disney and Universal, so really a perfect location. My niece and nephews had a great time playing air hockey and foosball in the game room. My son and his fiancé had the downstairs suite with semi-private bath. Couldn’t have been better!
