Come and enjoy your perfect vacation at this beautiful and peaceful villa, with a recently added Games room. This spacious and fully air conditioned 4 bedroom house is situated on a large corner plot within the Orange Tree subdivision in Clermont. The pool and spa deck area is south facing and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring what Orlando has to offer and features a Saltwater pool. This lovely spacious house offers 1 x King master suite, 2 x Queens and 1 x Twin room. This home now also has a games room with a pool table, air hockey, basketball, and darts. The main living area is very spacious, open plan, and comprises of 2 x sitting areas with sofas, a dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, and also a breakfast nook - giving lots of opportunities for you to spend time and make memories together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you need for your stay including pots/ pans, utensils, all cutlery, crockery and glassware. It also benefits from a full size fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is the laundry room which contains a large washing machine and seperate drier. The main lounge area is very comfortable, and has a large Smart TV with Spectrum TV installed, and direct access to the pool deck. The Master bedroom suite which also boasts direct access to the pool deck is a great size and contains a King Size bed and a good sized walk in closet. This room also has Spectrum TV. The Master suite also enjoys a fantastic en-suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks, a large tub, walk in shower and seperate wc. There are 3 more spacious bedrooms in this property, two of which have Full/ Queen sized beds, and also benefit from Smart TV's. The fourth bedroom is a Twin room with two beds. There are also 2 x further family bathrooms in the property. Once which has a walk in shower and leads directly onto the pool deck, and the other benefits from a bath/ shower combination. The outside area is lovely and a great size, and the Pool here is a saltwater pool. The pool and spa are set out on a fantastic pool deck which has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of space to enjoy the sun, and also a very welcome lanai for enjoying meals and some time in the shade. The pool area is set within the private garden belonging to the property. This house is in the lovely subdivision of Orange Tree in Clermont, just off the 27 and conveniently located for getting to Disney and other attractions. The community is very well maintained, and peaceful. Pool heat can be added to your booking at a cost of $35 per day. Please be aware that the Pool is a Saltwater pool.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Craig and Sharon were always kind and responsive if/when we needed anything. The place was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious, amazing heated pool/spa, and overall better than even expected! it was a wonderful location for our family to truly have a relaxing vacation! Thank you!!

Beautiful home in a great quiet neighborhood. Most important for us were the comfortable beds and spacious living areas. A little drive to Disney and Universal parks, approximately 40 min, but well worth it. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Very clean house that met all expectations. Pool is a great size, and the heat add on made it perfect swimming temp. Very clear and concise expectation and entry directions. Extra instructions in house that help out with things as well. Comfortable beds, adequate towels, close to Orlando attractions.

Sharon was on top of any questions and we were able to check in to drop our luggage a few hours early. The clamps for the ping pong table net were missing and within a few hours new ones were dropped off, if available we will definitely book again next year

The house was beautiful inside and out. Inside is very spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub. It’s about 20 minutes away from Disney World. I would recommend getting a car so you can really explore Orlando.
