Bring the whole family to stay in this stunning and spacious 5 bedroom villa, centrally located for everything Orlando has to offer!! This beautiful house was only built in 2019 and has been thoughtfully designed with modern touches and open plan spaces throughout the home. The house benefits from 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is beautifully furnished with high quality furniture throughout. Outside there is a fabulous pool area, which really has the wow factor, and is perfect for relaxing. The house is on two floors, and briefly comprises of: open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, games room, 5 bedrooms, upstairs den area, and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor is a very modern open plan design. The entrance area flows into the main sitting area which has a large Smart TV and comfortable sofas, which also leads directly onto the outside pool deck, which has a large designer pool and spa, covered lanai with a large table and chairs. The pool area is very impressive, the pool itself is large and very well designed, and the deck allows all the space you need and more for the family to spend some time relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The living area also leads into a fabulous large kitchen area with an oversized island which also serves as a breakfast bar area and informal dining. The large kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for your vacation and includes a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, full oven and microwave, and also benefits from granite worktops. There is also a dining area with a large table for any larger family meals you have planned. Just off the kitchen there is also a large pantry, and the garage has been converted into a games room which includes a pool table, air hockey, and a foosball table. On the ground floor there is also a handy wc, and the first of five bedrooms, this one is a Queen, which has its own ensuite including a bath shower combination. Upstairs there is a den with a comfortable sofa, large smart TV and a dedicated workspace with a PC and a desk. The family bathroom is also located on this floor, along with 4 further bedrooms (all with Smart TV's), and the laundry room which has lots of storage, a large washer and dryer, and a seperate laundry sink. The spacious Master bedroom benefits from a King size bed, and a fabulous en suite with consists of a very spacious walk in closet, his and her sinks, and an oversized shower unit. There is a Queen sized room on this floor, and two further twin rooms, which both have bunk beds. This house is located on Laurel Estates, which is just off the 27 Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity, but these are available for hire at an additional cost of $100 / Week. We absolutely loved the home!! It was perfect For our large family. We never felt crowded, we were together but yet had our space. The house is open and spacious, all the bedrooms are a nice size. The pool was great, they even had a few toys for the kids to use in the pool. The game room was hit with the adults. They loved the challenge of all the games. Really, the pictures don’t do it justice. You HAVE to see it in person. Sharon was wonderful to work with. She always responded quickly and answered any questions or concerns (which we really didn’t have any). We would definitely rent again if / when we are back in the area. Thank you Sharon for a memorable vacation!

Our family loved staying in this beautiful home, there was lots of space for everyone to have fun, the pool and hot tub were fantastic and well kept, the home was exceptionally clean and organized and we slept well on the outstanding beds. This spacious home was perfect for our family of seven to enjoy our Florida family vacation. We felt welcome and safe in this home, the hosts were amazing and attentive to us and we highly reccomend this property.

This place was exactly what we needed . Will definitely stay here again. Very spacious and clean. Hosts where very easy and they got back to us with a few questions we had. My only two critique would just be: 1. that the pool doesn’t get to warm, but they told us that could happen because the temperature outside in the morning and evening could be to cold. They made us aware of that from begining, so that’s not on them. The Spa/ Hot Tub did not disappoint. 2. I wish we planned to stay longer. Lol The area is so nice and felt very safe and homie. Overall probably one of the better places I’ve stayed at.

This home is clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our visit despite very cold and unusual Florida temperatures. Unfortunately because of the very low air temperatures the pool never really heated up (not the fault of the owner obviously, and we were warned that this was a possibility). The home itself is lovely, clean and lacks nothing in linens, utensils etc. The instructions for the pool/spa were clear (once I located them and the remote; my fault entirely ??). I had a few things that required me reaching out during our stay and Craig was very responsive and helpful. Overall still a 5 star stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling to this area. ??

The house was fantastic!! Very modern with plenty of things to do including use of the pool, games room as well as an Xbox and more space to relax than we could make use of. It was a very comfortable stay and would happily return.
